Terrible service provider with predatory billing and invoice practices. Unfortunately this is a visitor that preys on parents and those seeking care givers. I was unable to access any useable services without signing upwards for a membership so I chose the ane month deal. It is very dark what this company does. They are purposefully trying to cheat people. Care.com tin can run into that I had not accessed their service later the calendar month I had paid for yet they would not give me a refund. I wish I had been smarter and not used this service, and more than on top of my bank account to go on runway of all the outgoings. All in all they removed £435 from my account. I tin can non afford that and they don't care.

Very disappointed

There is admittedly no client service. Unable to access my account. No response from 4 emails. No phone support. I am supposed to be listed as pet sitter only on my bio it says child care. Can't admission bio to correct it. Only goes in a loop and prevents me from access to my account. Called Amex to stop any more charges on my "premium" business relationship.


Wish I would have gone here first

Please practice not ever apply Care.com. They are untrustworthy and they have a very poor pick of qualified sitters to cull from. It is quite ironic that their company name is "Care.com" since their customer service reps conspicuously practice non Intendance about anyone but their profits.

Used for i babysitter who was horrible. The first solar day nosotros had her my daughters got locked in the bedroom and the second time my daughter fell down the stairs.

Also, their customer service is horrible. After continuing to bill me for several cycles without ANY prior notification, despite it being clear I had not used the service for over a year, they refused to provide a refund for the autopayment.

A trustworthy business that is profitable and really CARES about their customers would always provide a refund or notify customers alee of time to give them an option to pay or stop.
